How to make your wedding seating chart

  1. Write one table per line: the table name, a colon, then guests separated by commas.
  2. Choose “Seating chart” for the big board or “Table cards” for one card per table.
  3. Print on card stock for the best result, then cut the table cards along the lines.

Tip: in the print dialog, turn off “Headers and footers” for a cleaner page and set margins to “Default”.
